By using Inbark, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Inbark is a free service that monitors your Gmail inbox, classifies incoming emails using AI, and sends you notifications via Slack. Important emails trigger instant alerts; everything else is bundled into a daily digest.
To use Inbark, you must:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google and Slack accounts. If you believe your account has been compromised, revoke Inbark's access immediately via Google and Slack settings.
You agree not to:
We strive to keep Inbark running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.
Inbark uses AI to classify emails. While we strive for accuracy, the classification is not perfect. Important emails may occasionally be classified as notifications, and vice versa. You should not rely solely on Inbark for time-critical communications.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Key points:
Inbark, including its logo, design, and code, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.
Your emails and data remain yours. We claim no ownership over your content.
Inbark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
You may stop using Inbark at any time by deleting your account in settings. We may also terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated via Slack or email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
